Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. It does not need to be unused and it does not need the original packaging - if it did not work out, that is enough of a reason. Email barcus@high-shot.com and you will get a return address.
If the part is faulty rather than unwanted, do not use the return path. The lifetime warranty replaces it free and has no time limit.
Wrong part?
The most common reason a part goes back is fitment, and it is avoidable. Check the fitment table first, or send a photo of your console through the work order and get a straight yes or no before you order.
